Heather Luby grew up in the Ozark Mountains running barefoot and writing stories.
In addition to being a writer, Heather enjoys reading submissions for The Midwest Review and teaching with the Continuing Studies department of University of Wisconsin-Madison. In the past, she has taught courses with St. Louis Community College, the St. Louis Writers Workshop, and held private workshops in her community. She is also the former Managing Editor of The Citron Review. Heather holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Antioch University Los Angeles. She is represented by Bill Contardi of Brandt and Hochman Literary Agents
